Kingsbarn Realty Capital announced it has expanded its asset and property management division, KB Property Advisors, to meet growing demands in the markets it serves. Serving as a subsidiary of the company, the division provides full-service asset and property management such as business plan development, leasing oversight, financial reporting, tenant relations, property operations and more.
Managing over 8.6 million square feet across office, medical, retail, industrial and student housing assets, KB Property Advisors currently provides property management services to more than 1,100 investors spanning 29 states. Focusing on strategic and financial aspects of property optimization, as well as day-to-day operations and tenant interactions, KB Property Advisors works to ensure overall success and profitability of all of the assets it has under management.
